Center for Digital Imaging Arts
Mark has recently graduated from Boston University's Center for Digital Imaging Arts Web program.
This intense Web program focused on web site design and client side programming with a concentration on building standards-compliant web sites. The thorough hands-on courses concentrated on web design principles, Cascading Style Sheets (CSS), XHTML, Javascript, and Flash. This has helped Mark to more efficiently design and develop media-rich web sites using the latest tools and techniques. Particular attention was directed towards web site information architecture, user interface design, content management systems, and search engine optimization (SEO) to assemble content into an aesthetically sound and interactive Web site.
"Attending this program has been one of the best investments I've made in myself and my business since I've been involved in the graphic design profession. It has strengthened my coding skills and made me and my company more marketable in this very competitive business."

A new look using the latest Web coding standards
Welcome to the new and improved Mark Vincent Web site.
It is the culmination of a lot of long days and nights and some serious hard work. Our previous site served it's purpose but ran it's course. It was coded using the older HTML standards, which were inefficient to maintain. This new site uses the XHTML, CSS2, CSS3, JavaScript, JQuery, PHP, and MySQL. The result is a site that is versatile and easily maintained.
You may notice the large amount of work samples present throughout the site. The decision to include so many samples came from feedback on our previous site. Well we listened and have produced a portfolio page that highlights a larger range of design jobs than the previous site.
To make it easy to find what you are looking for, we harnessed the power of JavaScript and JQuery to allow the portfolio thumbnails to be displayed and removed by simply clicking the category you want to view. Try it out and let us know what you think by clicking the Contact Us link located at the top of this page.
