2010 Team Conference Logo and Agenda Brochure
For fourteen years we have been working on the BJ's Team Conferences. Each year they present us with the theme of the event and we design the meeting logo, collateral, and PowerPoint presentations.
Back in 2008 we designed a conference logo that they liked so much we have repurposed it for 2009 and 2010. Our work for the conference goes well beyond design. We also work closely with BJs' CEO and Executive Vice President of Operations on their keynote presentations. We choreograph the presentations to flow seamlessly with their speech's. Often taking on an advisory role in shaping the way the speech is unified with the presentation. We also run the presentation behind the scenes at the meeting, making sure the presenter appears fully in sync with the content and graphics in the presentation. They rely on us to make them look good and we always deliver.

Corporate Brand Identity
We designed the NextChoice corporate brand identity system from the ground up.
Starting with the logo design and straight on through to corporate and sales collateral, a branding style guide, industry-specific icons, and advertising. We gave NextChoice a brand identity that was unique and relevant to the market.
"Mark Vincent Communications was instrumental in establishing the NextChoice brand identity and carrying it throughout our innovative consumer self-service platforms. Mark Vincent demonstrated a unique ability to deliver style, substance and usability in an integrated fashion. We were very pleased with the results."

Self Order Kiosk User Interface
In partnership with NextChoice we were commissioned to design a user interface for their intelligent self order kiosk they were pitching to Dunkin Donuts. Not only did they need the UI screens designed and implemented, they also needed to pitch marketing ideas as part of their presentation to Dunkin. We worked closely with Dunkin brands and Nextchoice to design a UI and marketing campaign that fit into the upcoming Dunkin rebrand. It was an exciting project and the results were beyond what Dunkin was expecting. As a result, NextChoice won the coveted account.
The project was such a success that Dunkin awarded NextChoice a 20 x 20 tradeshow booth, with a prime location—something they rarely do—at their vendor trade show in Las Vegas. This was the feather in the cap for us as we were asked by Dunkin for permission to use all of the marketing materials we created for the kiosk, and were commissioned to design the booth itself.
We went on to design UI's and kiosk wraps for several other NextChoice clients.

2009 Annual Report:
This is the third straight Annual Report we've designed for Tufts. It differs a bit from traditional annual reports where it doesn't include a 10K. It serves as a valuable dual purpose tool. First, as a vehicle to report financials and highlight awards and grants. Second, as a tool to outline and update information for each department of the medical center.
"The past three years, I have worked with Mark Vincent Communications on our Annual Report. With their help, our report changed from being an obviously homemade product to an attractive, readable, and professional-looking one. We have received many favorable comments on the new format. Working with Mark Vincent was very easy. They were responsive and flexible and had excellent suggestions. Despite our tight budget, Mark Vincent was able to accommodate us. We believe we got great value for our money."

Logo and Stationary Suite Design
The DEAP (Duclos, Eldrenkamp And Panish) Energy Group provides extraordinary consulting services targeted at Zero Net Energy, Passive House and Deep Energy Retrofit designs. They wanted a modern clean logo that gave a good idea of their services without looking like a home builder, which is not their primary service offering. The logo we created hints to home energy and clean air. Just what they were looking for.
We helped put them on the right track to establishing a brand identity with this matching stationary suite.
"When we were looking for a design firm to help us create a logo and a solid direction for our brand, a trusted colleague referred us to Mark Vincent. We were happy to find that not only were they well versed in brand but were able to painlessly lead us through the process. After what they termed a discovery interview we found that they listen well. They provided us with several logo choices and we couldn't be happier with our final logo and matching stationary suite. I was glad for the reference and would refer them again."

"Branded" Web Banner Production
These banners were created according to the Progress® Software brand identity standards. Producing one graphic can be easy. Producing them by the dozens—while keeping the look consistent within the established brand—takes expertise, professionalism, communication skills, design savvy, advanced knowledge of design programs, and last but not least, organization.
We work with Progress on a retainer basis and produce hundreds of Web graphics, not to mention collateral production.
Take a look at the Photoshop panels that we captured from this Web banner job. They reveal the high level of organization and program knowledge we utilize when working on large, fast paced, production jobs like this.

Predictive Analytics Web Banner
BEZ called on us to design a Web banner that represents a very abstract business process called predictive analytics for IT. In a nutshell, this model predicts future IT performance problems in three areas; Operational, Tactical, and Strategic.
The banner we created took that complex model and applied a GPS-themed metaphor to show decision making and predicitons.
"We have been working with Mark Vincent on design and brand projects for several years. They created our logo as well as our PowerPoint template and many of the graphics that we use in our presentations. So we knew we could turn to Mark Vincent again to help us convey graphically the concept of Predictive Analytics and BEZVision. The final graphic takes our complicated multi-phase approach and puts it in understandable terms that our client base can easily relate to. Mark Vincent's design savvy and listen skills pulled through for us again. "

Trade Show Booth Billboard
Acracut was looking for a fresh look for the billboard that is the focal point of their new trade show booth. We updated their look without making it unrecognizable to their loyal customer base. Since the 1980's, Acracut has been one of the top players in the medical equipment manufacturing industry.
